DORR
DORR is a software that translates images into sounds.
It scans the picture pixel by pixel and with an algorithm it maps each column of RGB array to a custom note.
The filter is controlled by a second scanner that reads the brightness.
DORR was used for the installation I made in collaboration with Martina Corà and Carlotta Menozzi, SIG NUM for MACAO, November the 7th 2018 at Macao [Milan].
